Get your short run plastic cards in 3 easy steps

Head to the Photo Id form page and fill in your contact information. 

2.

Scroll down and choose which design you would like - horizontal or vertical, then upload your identification image and your logo. If you don't see a design option that you would like, don't worry IDentiTech will contact you will proofs before we go to production. 

3.

Scroll down and fill in any additional information that you would like to see on the card/cards. You can also add magnetic strips and additional card accessories at this point. Click submit and you're done! Expect a IDentiTech email soon.
